The best part of her job, says Kris Walker, PFA, is two-fold: seeing young kids start saving, and seeing families get to the point where they will be debt-free and able to enjoy their retirement. In her complimentary financial work with individuals and families, Kris has you look at where you are today financially (savings, debt, insurance, etc.). Next, you decide on your financial goals (eliminate debt, saving for retirement, college, house, etc.). Then, “I come up with a road map of how to get there,” says Kris.

Kris, who once lived in Orlando, loves living in Pinellas County. She is married and has two sons and two grandchildren.

“If employees are happy with their finances they will be happier employees, says Kris about why she enjoys helping businesses.”
